Return Policy

  • To be eligible for return the item should be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Deduction of 40 AED will apply for all returns.
  • Customers can  requeston our customer support via WhatsApp or email us. Our rider will pick up the parcel and amount will be transferred to the account provided within 2-3 working days.
  • Customers can apply for a return within 7 days of parcel delivery.

Exchange Policy

For customer satisfaction, we allow all our customers to open parcels so they can check the size and quality and make payment once fully satisfied. Still, if any of our clients change their minds and need to exchange, they can exchange via these options:

  • We offer one time free size exchange for all our customers in UAE.
  • To exchange Inform on our customer support or WhatsApp or email us, Our rider will collect the shoes and deliver new ones.
  • Item will be exchanged within 2-3 working days.
  • The product should be unused and in original packing.
  • If a product is damaged or torn, won’t be exchanged.
  • Customers can apply for exchange within 7 days of parcel delivery.
